We worked for Central Mechanical Inc. on a new school in a suburb of Bismark, North Dakota. This massive project is 327,000 SQ FT and costs $95 Million. The groundbreaking on this project took place in September of 2021 and is planned to be complete in the fall of 2024. Integrated Design worked on this project's plumbing, HVAC sheet metal, and hydronic piping.
Due to inclement weather, construction projects can take longer to complete. The US average for snow is about 28 inches a year, while in Bismark, they get an average of 48 inches. They are already experiencing a blizzard, with 18 inches of snow on the ground. Weather permitting, this project will hopefully stay on track and be completed in 2024!
